Q: How do I make a reservation?

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations less than 7 calendar days do not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling might be available.
Q: Do you offer insurance?
A: No, we do not insurance. You may call your current insurance provider to see if they can extend a binder.
Q: Is there a security deposit required for the rentals?
A: No, but a credit card must be left on file in the event of any damages.
Q: Is there an hour limit?
A: Yes, there is an 8hr limit per day then its $50 per hour for any additional hours.
Q: Can I pick up the night before?
A: Equipment is picked up between normal business hours 8am-4pm or during the summer 7am-1pm. Rental days are 24 hours with an 8 hour run time limit per 24 hours.
Q: Are you open Holiday’s?
A: We are closed Christmas Day. We are open all other holidays as long as we have reservations.
Q: What happens if the reserved unit becomes unavailable on my rental day?
A: Unfortunately on occasion a tool/equipment may become unavailable do to damage or mechanical failure. We will give you a replacement if available. If we do not have any other machines to offer you, you will be notified ASAP and will receive a full refund.
Q: What if I disregard the warning not to overload trailers/equipment?
A: You may be charged for damages.
Q: When can I pick up the rental?
A: Equipment Rentals can be picked up anytime after 8am.
Q: What time are rentals due to be returned?
A: Equipment Rentals are due back by the same time they were picked up on the last rental day.
Q: What happens if the rental is not returned on time?
A: There is a $30 fee per 15min late if the rental is not returned at the designated time. If the rental is returned after 1hr of being late, the renter is responsible for an additional day rental fee. (We like to go home to our families.)
Q: What are the requirements to rent?
A: Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age and have a valid credit card and driver’s license.
Q: What is needed to make a reservation?
A: Must have a valid credit card and driver’s license. Reservations are easy just click on the reservation link and complete the form. We will email and text confirmation within a few hours but can take longer if it was made after business hours.
Q: Does the rental come with a tank of gas?
A: All gas tanks will be given full and must be returned full otherwise will be charged $15/gallon for tools/equipment that requires gas or diesel fuel.
Q: Can the rentals leave the state or country?
A: The rental can leave the state with permission but they can not ever leave the country.
Q: What happens if the equipment breaks down?
A: If the equipment breaks due to abuse, you will be held responsible both for repair and recovery. If the malfunction was not your fault, we will try to give you a replacement if available, to continue your rental. Otherwise, we offer a partial refund or credit for future rentals. You are not held responsible for repair and recovery costs.
Q: What happens if the equipment gets damaged?
A: Inspect the equipment to make sure it is safe to continue using and let us know what happened. Once returned we will go over the equipment and create a repair estimate.
Q: What is if rains during my rental period?
A: We have a rain or shine policy no refunds will be given but we may be able to reschedule if rain will be an issue.

Q: Do I need experience to operate equipment
A: Experience is always best but we will give you training and have training videos to watch.
